Protect yourself from taking on energy that does not serve you from clients, the workplace and life! Learn powerful techniques for shielding and strengthening your energy field so you can be more grounded and effective in your personal life and professional practice.

This 4 hour experiential workshop combines practical psychotherapy tools, Qi Gong exercises and shamanic protection techniques to expand your protection toolbox. You will learn environmental and energetic methods of protecting your energy field and workspace, learn effective methods to hold space for clients without taking on their “stuff”, learn Qi Gong exercises to release negative energy and create a personalized ritual for shielding and protection.
