Process principle:
    Under the action of temperature, pressure and catalyst, methanol and water decompose and transform into CO2, H2 and micro H2,CH4,after pressure swing adsorption purification and output hydrogen.
Decomposition reaction: CH3OH → CO + 2H2 - 90.7 kj / mol
Change of the reaction: CO + H2O → CO2 + H2 + 41.2 kj / mol
The overall reaction: CH3OH + H2O → CO2 + 3H2 - 49.5 kj / mol

Process Description:
    Methanol and water mixed at a certain ratio, heating by exchange heat with the decomposition gas outlet, vaporized, overheating, then entering the reactor, decompose and transfer in reactor, the decomposition gas exchanges heat with methanol and water, and then after water cooling, washing and purification, into the pressure swing adsorption purification, and then output hydrogen.
